COVID-19 Response

To our dear friends, family, and loyal patrons, 

Due to COVID-19, Angelo's now has Contactless Takeout & Limited Outdoor Dining! 

Contactless Takeout:

  • Takeout Orders are being placed and paid for online at (*Note- If you prefer to pay cash, please call (401)621-8171 to place your order 

  • When you arrive at the restaurant, we ask that you park in one of our 15-minute parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

  • At that point, you can walk in our takeout door and safely pick up without making contact. There is a plexiglass barrier between you and the cashier and we have a food pickup cubby to keep the pickup process safe & contactless.  

  • A mask is MANDATORY when entering the building to pick up your order  

Indoor/Outdoor Dining: 

  • Call aheads can be made online by clicking here or can be made over the phone (401)621-8171.

  • All guests will be screened upon arrival before being brought to your table.  The screening includes a question about possible COVID-19 symptoms and a contactless temperature check.  These screenings are recommended by public health officials and Angelo’s is following these guidelines to keep our employees and guests safe.  If any member of your party refuses to be screened or exhibits any symptoms, your party will not be seated. 

  • All members of your party must be wearing masks upon arrival.  Masks must be worn until you are seated at your table and anytime you leave your table, including using the restroom.  This also includes any time one of our employees is at your table. 

  • The maximum number of guests per table is 8.  Tables may not be moved together and guests must remain at their table for the duration of their visit.

  • Parking in Angelo’s lot is available while you are dining with us. If there is no more room, vehicles can park on the surrounding streets.  The city is providing free two-hour parking at this time. There is no valet service at this time.

Added Measures:

  • All employees are being screened (questions & temperature check) daily before they can enter the building before their shift 

  • Masks and gloves are being worn at all times and we changing our gloves constantly

  • Continuing to wash our hands more frequently throughout the day with soap and warm water for 30-40 seconds and using hand sanitizer constantly 

  • Maintaining social distance from guests and other employees 

  • In between table seatings, each table is being cleaned and then sanitized by using a new disinfectant. The disinfectant is sprayed on the table and chairs, then it must sit for 45 seconds to kill all germs before it can be wiped off. 

  • Throughout the day we are cleaning & sanitizing all frequently touched areas. Every night every surface in the restaurant is sanitized

  • Single-use/disposable menus and condiments are being used  

  • Tables have plexiglass barriers when needed and distanced 8 feet apart 


We ask that you do not participate in indoor/outdoor dining or pickup takeout if you are feeling unwell. You can also help to ensure that you keep fellow Rhode Islanders safe by staying home, washing your hands, and staying hydrated.
